Infrastructure Documentation
You can export the data JOUO has collected from you as a PDF report. This allows you to document your website infrastructure for internal purposes at any time.

What is included in the documentation?
The following data is exported in your infrastructure-doc:
- all your IP addresses
- the associated service provider
- all vulnerabilities per IP address
- the respective DNS data (type and value)
- the open ports per IP address
Why do I need this documentary?
It is not only useful for regularly documenting the current status, but also legally required (e.g. for accountability under the GDPR) and practically necessary (e.g. for risk assessment and incident response).
When is it mandatory?
- GDPR evidence for technical security measures
- Industry regulations (banking, critical infrastructure, healthcare)
- Cybersecurity laws for systemically important companies
- Contractual obligations to customers or insurers
What is it used for?
- Mandatory reporting of cyber attacks
- Regulatory audits and inspections
- Forensic investigations after security incidents
- Evidence of adequate IT security measures
The documentation provides legal protection and is often the decisive factor in evaluating whether appropriate security measures were implemented.
This PDF contains sensitive data and must be treated confidentially.
If this file falls into the wrong hands, it can be used like a map for attacks. Therefore, this PDF should not be shared with third parties unless it is specifically requested for e.g. for legal reasons.
How do I create such a documentation?

The "Infrastructure documentation" is always generated automatically as soon as you have created your "TOM Documentation". It is and remains at the time stamp at which the TOM documentation was created.
You therefore only need to create a TOM Documentation and then download the Infrastructure Documentation from there.
The PDF is also listed under My files and can be downloaded there again at any time.
What do Infrastructure Documentations cost?
As the infrastructure documentations are part of the JOUO TOMs, you can also only create them with a Basic subscription + TOMs extension.
